- Misuse of information or failure to respect corporate guidelines.
- Other conduct that may breach the law or commitments made.
3. How to get in touch
Send an email to contato@carbontree.com.br with the subject “Ethics Channel — Carbontree”. Explain what happened, when, where, and which people or processes are involved. Include only lawfully obtained evidence needed to understand the matter.

4. Respect and responsible handling
